Two women were died and two others injured when a heap of mud collapsed on them while they were collecting clay soil at Gudha-Gaurji in Jhunjhunu district today.
Nathi Devi (45) and Suman Devi (35) were killed when a portion of the heap of mud collapsed burying them underneath, police said.
Savitri and Rudhi Devi were injured in the mishap and admitted to a government hospital, they said.
The women has gone to collect clay to smear the floors of their houses for Diwali preparations, police said.
