The incident occured at Danga More last night when the youths were sitting at a tea stall, police said.
The 10-wheel truck coming from Kolkata to Malda lost control while negotiating a private vehicle coming from the opposite direction, police said.
The truck overturned and rammed into the wayside tea stall crushing the youths on the spot, police added.
