Police arrested one more person wanted in connection with the Masuri trader murder in the district and recovered a country-made pistol from his possession, a senior police official said today.
Acting on a tip off, Masuri police yesterday arrested one Durvasa, a resident of Bairangpur, from Bhood Garhi nullah (culvert) yesterday, Superintendent of police, Rakesh Pandey said.
Police raided the spot and seized a .315 bore country-made pistol, two cartridges, opium and a stolen motorcycle from his possession.

Durvasa was absconding following Krishan Kumar Goyal was murdered on October 3, while he was sitting at his grocery shop in 'Peepal Dudhiya' muhalla of Dasna town.
Goyal was shot dead allegedly for not paying extortion amount to the gang.
Earlier, three gang members Sonu, Mohit and Rakesh were arrested by police.
Those held have been charged under relevant sections of IPC and investigation into the matter is underway.
