Francis Alapatt Group forays into Realty business

The Francis Alapatt Group, one of the distribution giants and pioneers in gold retail in Kerala, is foraying into the realty business by launching an Executive Business Centre in Kochi.

The 18,000 square feet centre, spread across three floors and housed at the Alapatt Heritage Building on the MG road, a prime spot, will have ready-to-use office space tailored in various sizes according to the prospective customer requirements as well as a 3000 sq ft sky cafe and garden.

"We foresee a huge demand for quality business centre space in Kochi as the commercial capital of the state is already on an explosive growth phase.
 

"A lot of MNCs and national companies are waiting in the wings to land here and we would be there on time to tap their demands by offering world-class entry-level facilities at Centre-A," Francis Alapatt, Managing Director, Centre-A Offices, said in a release.

The group's jewellery retail division, Alapatt Heritage, has been a pioneer in gold jewellery retailing ever since 1963.

The Francis Alapatt Group has also been handling the supply chain management for different MNCs such as Huntsman Corporation of USA and Parle Products,among others. On the Alco-beverages marketing and distribution front, with almost 40 years on the go, the group manages brands like Kingfisher, Heineken and Grover Zampa, the release added.
