Subhendu Mondal (18) was arrested for strangulating his borther Sukhendu Mondal (13), a student of Class VII of Mondalpara High School today, police said.
The reason behind the crime was not known although police suspected that Subhendu was a drug addict.
Interrogations were on, police added.
