The 15th edition of "Freedom Hyderabad 10K Run" will be held at Necklace Road here on November 26.
Over 15,000 runners (elite and amateur) are expected to take part in the event, Freedom 10K Run Race Director Murali Nannapanni told reporters here today.
"The Run is designed to promote health, fitness and sports culture among the people. This year's campaign theme 'Reason to Run' encourages the participants to identify their motivation to run," he said.

The race will have three primary categories-- Elite 10K Run, Open 10K Run with timing chip and Open 5K Run. The Elite 10K run will be open to professionals who have completed the 10K run in 36 minutes (men) and 45 minutes (women) in the last one year, Murali said.
Telangana IT-Secretary Jayesh Ranjan called upon corporates, IT professionals, housing communities, schools and colleges to register in large numbers to come forward and participate in the event.
"We really look forward to such events which are essential to promote a fitness culture and help the people lead a happy and healthy life," Ranjan added.
