Fresh summons to KCR, Kodandaram

A local court here today issued fresh summons to president of Telangana Rashtriya Samiti K Chandrasekhar Rao and chairman of Telangana Joint Action Committee M Kodandaram, seeking their presence on February 27. Samaikyandhra Students JAC chairman A Uma Maheshwar Rao has filed a private complaint against the two leaders for allegedly making derogatory comments against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress president Sonia Gandhi and former Prime Ministers Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi. Earlier, the court had asked them to be present on February 15, but as they did not turn up, following which fresh summons were issued today.
