Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today claimed his government has delivered all the poll promises.
Addressing Congress workers on the conclusion of 'Modi Ke Bol Jumlon Dhol', a statewide programme launched on April 7 to "highlight the failures" of the Modi government, he said his government has launched schemes for all-round development of Himachal Pradesh and praised the successive Congress-led governments for making the state a model of development.
"The state government has launched schemes for the welfare of each section of the society and fulfilled all the poll promises," Singh claimed.

"Apple growers in Himachal had requested the Modi government to hike import duty on apples as they are facing stiff competition from China but the Centre has declined to hike the import duty," he said, adding that the state's apple industry which is estimated to be worth around Rs 3,500 crore is facing the brunt of this decision.
Lashing out at Modi, Sukhu said , "Modiahaead of the Lok Sabha election had promised to work for the development of the state. However, after coming to power, he seems to have forgotten the promises like solving the problem of unemployment and bringing "achhe din"(good days)."
Assembly elctions are slated to take place in Himachal Pradesh next year.
