Future Consumer, a part of Kishore Biyani-led Future Group, today said its consolidated net loss narrowed down to Rs 5.50 crore for the second quarter ended September 30.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 11.16 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago, Future Consumer Ltd (FCL) formerly known as Future Consumer Enterprise Ltd said in a BSE filing.
Its total income during the quarter under review was up 32.80 per cent to Rs 755.76 crore as against Rs 569.06 crore in the corresponding quarter previous fiscal.

FCL's total expenses were at Rs 761.26 crore in Q2/FY 2017-18 as against Rs 580.22 crore.
Shares of Future Consumer today settled at Rs 61.00 on BSE, down 1.29 per cent from previous close.
