Future Consumer Q3 net loss narrows to Rs 3 crore

Future Consumer, a part of Kishore Biyani-led Future Group, today said its consolidated net loss narrowed down to Rs 3.09 crore for the third quarter ended December 2017.

The company had posted a net loss of Rs 11.26 crore in the October-December quarter a year-ago, Future Consumer Ltd (FCL), formerly known as Future Consumer Enterprise Ltd said in a BSE filing.

Its total income during the quarter under review was up 41.33 per cent to Rs 788.66 crore as against Rs 558.02 crore in the corresponding quarter previous fiscal.

FCL's total expenses were at Rs 791.76 crore in Q3/FY 2017-18 as against Rs 569.29 crore.
 

Shares of Future Consumer today settled at Rs 65.10 on BSE, up 1.88 per cent from previous close.
