Homegrown retail major Future Enterprises today said it has raised Rs 352 crore by allotting non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis.
"The Committee of Directors of the company...Considered, approved and allotted 1,406 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures of Rs 10 lakh each (NCD Series XVI - C) and 2,114 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures of Rs 10 lakh each (NCD Series XVI - D) aggregating to Rs 352 crore on private placement basis," the company said in a BSE filing.
Shares of Future Enterprises closed 1.47 per cent up at Rs 27.65 on BSE.
