Rapper Future says despite an ugly war in the press with ex-fiancee Ciara he will always have love for her.
The estranged couple are parent to two-year-old son, Future Zahir.
The 32-year-old "Jumpman" rapper, whose real name is Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, feels he failed publicly in relationship after calling it quits with the "I Bet" songstress, reported Us magazine.
"I'm attached to you. If you're happy, I'm happy. You're connected for life. I don't want you to go through this shit and for it to come back on my son, my kid. I want you to be in the best situation," Future said addressing to Ciara.
The once-engaged couple parted ways in August 2014 after Ciara got to know about the rapper's affair with his wardrobe consultant, Tyrina Lee.
