BJP President Rajnath Singh today appointed party presidents for the new state of Telanagana and the residual state of Andhra Pradesh, representing Seemandhra region.
K Hari Babu has been appointed President of Andhra Pradesh (Seemandhra) unit of BJP, while G Kishan Reddy will head the party unit in the new state of Telangana.
Somu Veeraju has been appointed Convenor of the Election Management Committee of Andhra Pradesh (Seemandhra), the party said.
