India's Gagan Narang and Chain Singh will be vying for a spot in the finals of the men's 50m Rifle Prone event after coming through unscathed in the elimination rounds on day six of the ISSF World Cup here.
Gagan, an Olympic bronze medallist, posted a score of 620 in his elimination round to finish 11th while Chain shot 622.5 to be placed sixth.
Day seven will see the qualification and final rounds of the event.

In the only medal event of the day, the women's 25m pistol, Maria Grozdeva of Bulgaria snatched the gold from Jingjing Zhang of China while Olena Kostevych of Ukraine landed the bronze. India's Heena Sidhu shot a score of 568 points in the event to finish 41st.
