Renewable energy firm Gamesa India has bagged a 130 MW solar project from Atria Power to be commissioned in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh by March 2017.
This is the biggest order since the company's entry into Indian solar market in 2015, Gamesa said in press release.
According to statement, Gamesa will handle complete value chain of Design & Engineering, Procurement, construction, commissioning and O&M of the project with the supply of 96 units of Gamesa E-1.37MW hybrid cooled solar inverter.

Atria Power, which is involved in small hydro projects in India, is rapidly expanding in wind, solar PV, solar thermal and hybrid power projects, the statement said.
Atria Power, backed by multiple marquee investors including Energy Financial Services (An affiliate of GE Inc.), is poised to cross 350MW of operating capacity across these technologies within this short span of two years.
