Governor Devanand Konwar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar garlanded the bust of Gandhi at an official function at the historic Gandhi Maidan on the occasion of the 143 birth anniversary of the 'Father of the Nation.
Konwar led the dignitaries in garlanding the statue of the former Prime Minister at Shastri Nagar park on the 108th birth anniversary of Shastri jee.
