Greater Noida SP Brijesh Kumar Singh said the arrested were identified as Rizvan, Raisuddin and Ikhlak. They are members of the gang of auto thieves.

They confessed to have committed over a hundred bike thefts in NCR areas, he said, adding that they used to sell stolen bikes at Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,000 on fake documents.

Some guards posted at offices and malls also helped them in stealing vehicles and guards were given part of the money collected on sale of vehicles, the SP said.
