A member of the Vicky Gounder gang was today arrested after an exchange of fire here, the police said.

Acting on a tip-off, a police team led by Inspector Kapil Kaushal laid a barricade near Tugal Wal village.

Gangster Ravinder Singh alias Giana, along with his three gang members, was coming to Gurdaspur from Berianwala village in a jeep.
