Ganja worth Rs 2 crore has been recovered from Mirzapur and Balia districts of Uttar Pradesh, police said today.
In Mirzapur, two persons were arrested with 29.5 quintal ganja in Bheeti Gaharwari village under Chhel police station area today.
The duo used to bring the contraband from Bihar for supplying it in Varanasi and other places, police said adding the cost of the recovered ganja was around Rs 1.50 crore.

The cost of the recovered ganja is around Rs 60 lakh, police said, adding the arrested person identified as Nagendra used to bring it from Nepal border for selling in nearby districts, police added.
