The decision was taken after number of complaints against the gas agency were raised by several members in a meeting of District Public Relations and Grievances Redressal Committee in Sirsa, said an official release.
She directed the officers of Food and Supplies Department to provide complaint registers at their concerned offices and gas agencies so that consumers can register their complaints.
The registered complaints should be dealt with on priority basis, the release said.
