A woman lost her life at village Daulatpur near here last night, officials said here today adding that 11 people were also admitted to the local civil hospital.
Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal had recently visited the gastroenteritis-hit Batala town and directed concerned officials to take all possible measures immediately to check the disease.
