"Allegiance" star Gavin Stenhouse has been cast as the male lead opposite Christina Ricci on Amazon's upcoming drama pilot "Zelda".
The project is about celebrated American novelist Zelda Fitzgerald (Ricci), wife of "The Great Gatsby" author F Scott Fitzgerald, to be played by Stenhouse, reported Deadline.
The pilot, to be directed by Tim Blake Nelson, will start filming soon in Savannah, Georgia.
It is being executive produced by Christine Vachon, Dawn Prestwich and Nicole Yorkin, Pam Koffler and Ricci, 35.
