'The Wire' star Gbenga Akinnagbe has joined the cast of 'The Following'.
The 35-year-old actor will play will play an FBI Hostage Rescue Team agent in season three of the Fox Thriller, Deadline reported.
Akinnagbe has previously appeared in '24: Live Another Day', 'The Good Wife' and 'The Wire'.
'Almost Human' star Michael Ealy has been cast as the main villain for season three of 'The Following', which will embark on a different storyline to the first two outings.
It was recently announced that Allison Mack will guest star in season three.
