Hollywood star George Clooney is reportedly getting jitters, months ahead of his wedding to British-Lebanese human rights lawyer-fiancee Amal Alamuddin.

The 53-year-old actor is apparently afraid his marriage will fail again, reported Showbizspy.

"He is definitely in love with Amal, and isn't having second thoughts about marrying her - however, he is definitely having serious wedding jitters," a source said.

The 'Gravity' star, who got married to actress Talia Balsam in 1989 and had a string of relationships after his divorce from her in 1993, got engaged to Alamuddin on April 28, this year.

"He is so afraid he is going to fail at marriage again, and the thought of going through another divorce scares him to death. Just talking about the wedding plans makes him break out in a sweat," the source added.

Meanwhile, Alammudin has put Clooney on a diet to have him look handsome on their wedding.

"Amal thinks he has been looking a bit chubby lately, and she is determined to have George looking handsomer than ever when he walks down the aisle," a source said.

Besides banning booze, Alammudin has also urged the actor to replace fatty meats and pasta with fish and veggies.

"George is a longtime vodka and tequila drinker, and he loves a good steak and a big plate of fettuccine. But George will do almost anything to make Amal happy," the source said.
