Yasin Bhatkal, a founder of terrorist organisation Indian Mujahideen, who is also a prime accused in the German Bakery blast case here, was remanded in a 14-day judicial custody by a special court here for a test identification parade.

Bhatkal was produced before Judge S D Dharane as his custody with Anti Terrorism Squad ended today.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Shantaram Tayade of ATS requested the court for a 14-day magisterial custody, saying police wanted to conduct a test identification parade.

Maharashtra ATS had taken Bhatkal into custody after getting his remand from the special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act court in Mumbai for prosecuting him for the German Bakery blast in which 17 persons were killed in February 2010.
