Goa Football Development Council has signed a letter of intent (LoI) with South Africa Football Development Authority, its chairman Rufino Monteiro said today.
"Once the executive committee gives us green signal, we will move ahead quickly," Rufino told reporters here.
In the past, GFDC had tried unsuccessfully to collaborate with Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health, St Petersburg.

South Africa had held the soccer World Cup in 2010.
"Should the GFDC executive committee give the go-ahead, we will have a pool of boys from our centre going to South Africa for training. South Africa will prepare the technical road-map for GFDC within the next three months," he said.
