District administration has made elaborate arrangements for smooth conduct of Civil Services (Preliminary) examination at 29 centers of the district to be held tomorrow.
District Magistrate Vimal Kumar Sharma said Additional District Magistrate (finance) Gyanendra Singh has been made Nodal Officer and whole district has been divided in 14 sectors and 7 zones.
Each and every sector and zone will be supervised by a magistrate. About 13,920 aspirants are expected to take the exam which will be conducted in two seating.
First seating will be from 9 to 11 AM and second seating will be in the afternoon from 2 to 4 PM.
Officers as well as the invigilators have been prohibited from carrying mobile phones inside the examination centers the DM said.
