With this, GIPCL has become successful bidder for total 80 MW solar power projects in the state, which includes a 40 MW project bagged during e-reverse bidding on June 21 under NSM Phase-II.

GIPCL had earlier announced delay in commissioning of its 51 MW wind-based power project in the state.

"On account of financial difficulties faced by Leitwind Shriram Manufacturing, Chennai, the EPC contractor, the date of commissioning of the 51 MW wind-based power project in Gujarat has been delayed," GIPCL had said.
