Girishwar Mishra takes over as Hindi University VC

Noted academician Girishwar Mishra today took over as new Vice-Chancellor of the Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University at Wardha near here.

Mishra, who had been working with Delhi University since 1993 as Head of Department of Psychology, has penned about two dozen books. He has also served as President of National Academy of Psychology.

Mishra had been a visiting Professor to universites in Germany, Great Britain and United States. He has also taught in Allahabad and Gorakhpur universities, the Hindi varsity said in a release here.
