However, prime accused in the September 24 abduction of the 15-year-old girl, Nishan Singh, is yet to be arrested.
IG (Bathinda range) N S Dhillon said police have got "specific clues" after interrogation of one of the accused and the prime accused, facing at least 17 criminal cases, would be apprehended soon.
"We have got sufficient information of the prime accused and four police teams have been sent to different places to arrest him," Dhillon said.
Those arrested today included Harpal Singh, Sammar Garg, Sahil, Babu, Amna, Amra, Amandeep and Rajan Batra.
Earlier Kulwinder Kaur and Nishu Chopra were arrested here, while the third accused Rajwinder Ghali was nabbed from from Pihani in Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh.
Ghali, during interrogation, told police that he had fired in air during the abduction, Dhillon said.
Meanwhile, activists of 'Goondagardi Virodhi Sanghtan' continued their hunger strike outside the Kotwali Police Station to protest against the "delay" in finding the girl.
