'Girls' actress Allison Williams gets married

Actress Allison Williams, who plays Marnie on HBO's "Girls", has tied the knot with entrepreneur Ricky Van Veen.

The couple solemnised their relationship on Saturday afternoon on a Wyoming ranch, a representative said, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Williams wore a handmade Oscar de la Renta gown.

Guests included "Girls" stars Lena Dunham, Jemima Kirke and Zosia Mamet, along with Katy Perry, John Mayer and Seth Meyers.

Williams, 27, and the 34-year-old co-founder of comedy website, CollegeHumor, got engaged in 2014.

She inhabited the title role in NBC's live 2014 musical "Peter Pan" and is the daughter of former NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams.
