Giuliana Rancic thinks it is "wonderful" that Kim Kardashian West has opened up about her pregnancy issues.
The "Fashion Police" star, who has publicly opened up about her own troubles with conceiving a child, is pleased the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star has spread awareness of the pregnancy problems plaguing women, reported People magazine.
"She's shared her struggles, and it's just really really nice. I think that is wonderful, when celebrities, especially someone as big as Kim Kardashian, use that platform to help other women.
