The Youth Congress today demanded a reasonable representation to young candidates in the allotment of tickets by the party for Lok Sabha elections.

Punjab Pradesh Youth Congress chief Vikramjit Singh Chaudhary said he will forward his request in this regard to the party high-command.

Chaudhary said Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi too wants that youth of country actively participates in mainstream politics.

Addressing Youth Congress workers, Chaudhary attacked the SAD-BJP regime in the state and accused it of failing to deal with the drug menace in the state.

He alleged that the SAD-BJP alliance was using grants from the Centre and claiming wrong credit for the projects being done in Punjab.
