Emerging global advances in pharmacy practice education and patient care will be discussed by about 1,500 delegates from India and abroad at a two-day conference beginning here tomorrow.
The theme would be 'the Responsible Pharmacist: Transforming Patient Care'," IACP Vice Chairman (Scientific), T K Ravi told reporters here today.
Pharmacy Council of India President B Suresh would inaugurate the conventin in the presence of Dr S Geethalakshmi, Vice-Chancellor, Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai, he said.
Ravi siad IACP intended to invite leaders in the sector to explore the change that the new breed of pharmacists can bring about in health delivery.
