A host of leaders and workers of Gorkha National Liberation Front and the Gorkha Janmukti Morcha from Darjeeling today joined the ruling Trinamool Congress in West Bengal.
Former GNLF legislator from Kurseong Santa Chhetri, who was elected from the seat for three times joined the TMC, party All India General Secretary Mukul Roy told reporters here at the party headquarters.
Among others were Prashant Bhutia, Chairman of the Darjeeling Municipality of the GJM and Bhanu Dawa, former executive council member of the erstwhile Darjeeling Gorkha Hill Council.
