Goa Beach Grind, billed as the state's biggest EDM music festival, will kick off from May 2 and will see live performances from international DJs.

The four-day event will be held on South Goa's Betalbhatim beach, 10km away from Margao town, and 20,000-odd crowd is expected for the show, organisers said.

DJ HardRock Sofa, an internationally-famed EDM artist, would be coordinating the event, said Viola Fernandes, Managing Director of Brsources Event Management, a Goa-based firm which is hosting the event.

She said a never before line-up of artists comprising DJ Max, DJ Diamond, DJ Teri Miko, DJ Nash, Kay Mikado, DJ Ryan Beck and Tatva-Kundalini will be performing for the festival, which promises to be a scintillating mix of musical influences transcending all borders.

A technical team from Electrocraft, a firm well-known for providing engineering solutions in sound, lights and who had managed Shakira's show in India, have been roped in for the event, the organisers said.

"With a massive 50 feet wind-proof stage, the event shall boast a hydraulic drummer and numerous cascading LEDs.
