The resolution said that Narvekar -- a former Congress minister and former vice president of BCCI -- was working detrimental to GCA's interest.
GCA vice president Vinod Fadte told PTI that 11 members signed the resolution; the remaining two included Narvekar himself.
"I have taken over as GCA president and elections (to elect the new president) would be held soon," he said.
Narvekar, as GCA chief, had faced allegations of financial irregularities. The BJP-led government in the state recently appointed a two-member committee to probe the allegations made by the clubs affiliated to the association.
