In a bid to "maintain decorum", Goa government's Art and Culture Department has asked its employees not to wear sleeveless clothes, jeans, T-shirts and multi-pocketed pants during the office hours.
This was revealed by State Art and Culture Minister Dayanand Mandrekar during the ongoing state Legislative Assembly session, in response to a question.
He told the House that the order asking the employees to wear only formal clothes, was recently issued by the Director of the department Prasad Lolienkar.
