Goa Governor Mridula Sinha today called on her Bihar counterpart Satyapal Mallik here and extended her best wishes for his new assignment.
Sinha, who hails from Bihar and is a noted writer, also presented one of the books authored by her to Mallik, during the "courtesy call", a Raj Bhavan release said.
