Goa sends veterinary team to Maha to treat flood-hit cattle

The Goa government has sent a team of veterinary doctors to Kolhapur in Maharashtra to treat the cattle affected by the floods that ravaged the region last week.

A nine-member team led by Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry Dr S S Betkekar will be assisting the local authorities in Kolhapur, a senior official from the Chief Minister's Office here said.
