Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said godowns would be set up at block level to store produces of farmers and Women Sakhi Mandals (WSM).
Cold storages were also being set up at block level by the government, an official release said quoting Das at a programme held on the occasion of International Women's Day.
Banks have been directed to give loans to WSMs and women should also get MUDRA loans, he said.

WSMs and farmers engaged in apiculture would get free bee boxes, the chief minister said.
The government would provide ponds on lease for Re one to WSMs interested in pisciculture, Das said and asked them to identify ponds and send proposals to the government.
The health department would purchase sanitary napkins made by WSMs, he said, adding the government is providing sanitary napkins worth Rs 21 crore to schools every year.
Das said it was everyone's responsibility to give equal rights to women at social and economic areas and then only the dream of new India would be fulfilled.
