Godrej Appliances plans to focus on premium products to achieve 30 per cent growth in turnover for the current fiscal to Rs 2,700 crore.
"Godrej Appliances has been a mass consumer brand. Now that we have a complete portfolio of such products, we see big opportunity in the premium segment. We are going to focus on the premium segments to drive growth," Godrej Appliances Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Kamal Nandi told PTI.
Nandi said all the new launches by the company in the next one year is going to be in the premium segment.

Elaborating on the growth outlook for this year, Nandi said: "In this financial year, we are targeting a turnover of Rs 2,700 crore, an increase of 30 per cent. Last year, we reported a turnover of Rs 2,100 crore."
The company today launched refrigerator 'Godrej Edge Digi' in the premium segment, priced between Rs 19,000 and Rs 26,000.
"This is a hybrid product with an option to switch between direct cool and frost-free mode. We are creating a new segment in the refrigerator category with this product," he added.
