With a view to spread footprints in global market, realty player Godrej Properties (GPL) has opened an international representative office in Singapore.

This is the second overseas office of the city-based developer with the first one set up in Dubai two years ago, the company said in a statement issued today.

GPL has been working with customers in various global markets including Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, Australia, Africa, United Kingdom and the USA.

"With the opening of this new representative office, GPL will engage directly with the Indian diaspora located across Singapore and neighbouring geographies," its Executive Director Mohit Malhotra said.

He said Singapore has been an important market for Godrej Properties and with this new office our customers will now be able to directly interact with GPL representatives in Singapore.

Godrej Properties is developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across around 128 million sq ft in 12 cities in India.
