Godrej Properties to develop 43-acre township at Pune

We are happy to launch our eighth project in Pune, says company's MD & CEO Pirojsha Godrej

Realty firm Godrej Properties today said it will develop a new township project at Pune in partnership with two other companies.

In a filing to the BSE, the Mumbai-based company said it has launched its township project, Godrej Infinity, in Pune.

The township is spread across 43 acres, with a total saleable area of about 3.2 million sq ft, Godrej Properties, the realty arm of the Godrej Group, said.

Godrej Infinity is a joint development project, being developed by Godrej Properties in partnership with Oxford Group and Ekta World.

Godrej Properties Managing Director & CEO Pirojsha Godrej said: "We are happy to launch our eighth project in Pune."
 

Godrej Properties is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across 9.7 million square meters (104 million square feet) in 12 cities.
