BJP leader Vijay Goel today demanded a public survey before implementation of the next phase of the odd-even road rationing scheme by the Delhi government.

"A survey should be conducted under guidance of Supreme Court or Election Commission to ascertain view of Delhi people regarding odd-even scheme," the BJP Rajya Sabha MP said.

If the government proceeds with implementation of next phase of the scheme without arrangement of proper public transport, a rally will be held in protest against it at Ramlila ground, he said.

He also demanded AAP government in Delhi to declare expenditure on advertisement of second phase of odd-even scheme which was enforced on April 15-30.
