Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today credited the people of Assam, particularly the young generation, for helping his government to complete four years of its third consecutive term in office.
The Chief Minister tweeted today that since 2001, the state has steered out of uncertainty, sluggish growth and economic turmoil and has marched towards peace, progress and prosperity.
He further attributed the state's stability to the unstinted support and cooperation of the people of the state.
In yet another tweet, the Chief Minister said the state government would extend all facilities to the Centre for holding the SAF Games in Assam and would also play the role of a facilitator for its success.
