Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today extended his greetings and best wishes to the people of Assam on the eve of New Year.
"Making Assam a leading State is the aim of my government and I seek your continued support and cooperation in making this happen. I convey my best wishes to you all for the New Year," Gogoi said in a statement here.
He said it is time to "take stock of our past accomplishments and look to the future with renewed optimism and dedication."
"Let us resolve on this special occasion to strive hard to build a strong, vibrant and resilient Assam," the Chief Minister added.
