Gold jewellery worth Rs 2 crore stolen

The incident took place last night, they added.

Unidentified robbers broke into J P Jewellers from the rear side on Thursday night and decamped with 7,580 gms of gold jewellery and cash worth approximately Rs 2 crore," police inspector G V Nikam said.

The owner of the shop Kiran Javerchandra Sonigra has filed a complaint at Samarth Police station in this regard, Nikam added.
