The 66-year-old "Private Benjamin" star bought the four-bedroom house in Brentwood, California in 2009 and put her son's name on the deed with her name, reported TMZ Online.
Hawn's son Oliver Hudson was handed over the house on May 21, 2012 by filing a Gift Deed application with local authorities.
The documents stated that Hawn gave the house as a gift and received no money in return.
