Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah led the state political leaders in extending greetings for Tamil New Year, being celebrated tomorrow.
"I convey my heartiest greetings and best wishes to the people. May the dawn of New Year usher in peace, progress, prosperity and development in all spheres. Let us pledge to promote unity and harmony and dedicate ourselves to take India to greater heights," he said in a statement.
The Governor also wished people on the occasion of Vaisaki, Bisaki and Vishu.
